ABOUT ME

Christine
Leclerc-Sherling, Phd

I have been a psychologist for the past 20+ years. My core value is positive peace. I have always been engaged in ways to bring, build, maintain, restore psychological safety at work. I have a master’s degree in humanitarian assistance and I am invested in decolonisation, immigration and global security issues. Born Franco-Swiss, I have lived 15 years in the USA and became American in 2011. I completed a master’s degree in communication, focusing on peace journalism in photoessays of war and conflicts. In 2016, I became a doctor in international psychology, focusing on trauma and more specifically in posttraumatic growth. I have worked with US veterans of all branches with comorbid diagnoses with PTSD, with migrants, victims of torture.

Back in Switzerland since 2019, I have a Swiss day as a counsellor and trainer and an American day (on my Swiss nights) as an executive coach with companies like auto desk, Nasdaq, illumio, tipalti. I am also coo-director of the observatory of sensitivity, created by Saverio Tomasella in 2016.
